Configuration and Use of Oil Tanker
Purpose of oil and gas recovery system for oil tank trucks: to realize fully enclosed gas recovery and limit the discharge of oil and gas to the atmosphere during the loading and unloading of oil tank trucks. When the oil tanker unloads oil through the oil unloading pipeline, the oil and gas in the oil tank of the gas station returns to the oil tanker through the gas return pipeline. The oil tank truck will take the oil and gas back to the oil depot for treatment to achieve the purpose of oil and gas recovery.
Submarine valve
The subsea valve series, also known as emergency shut-off valve, is installed at the bottom of the tank, which can replace the traditional top mounted refueling for bottom mounted refueling, making the operation of the staff more simple, time-saving, safe and environmentally friendly. All grooves are designed on the valve body. In case of an accident of the oil tank truck, the grooves are disconnected. On the premise of not affecting the sealing of the tank body, the underbody pipeline and the tank body are cut off to effectively prevent oil leakage in the tank, so as to ensure the safety of the oil tank
Breathing valve
When the breather valve is dumped for 70o, the sealing ball inside the valve is dumped to form an effective seal to prevent oil leakage. Use of oil measuring hole:
The oil dipstick or level gauge can be installed at the preparation opening on the manhole cover.
Safety valve
It is specially designed for oil tanks, chemical tanks and other tank products. Different opening pressures are set according to user needs to meet different needs. The main body is made of stainless steel, which is corrosion resistant, highly enclosed and suitable for various environments.
Anti overflow sensor
Purpose: Anti overflow electronic sensor is widely used as a safety device to alarm in advance to prevent the overflow and leakage of liquid when various containers and tanks are filled with liquid in a closed manner. It is installed on the manhole cover at the top of the container and tank. When the oil level reaches the warning limit, the sensor will automatically alarm and switch off.
